LR1 is perfect for recording anything from Voice Overs to Bands.
It has 24 Channels and is big enough to house most bands comfortably (and if you’re REALLY big see LR2).
Different sections of the room have been treated for specific purposes.
Whilst the whole room has been soundproofed to a very high standard, part of the room has been designed for vocals, part for drum kits and so on.
Consequently, LR1 is great for that live rock sound and the classic dead, in-yer-face vocal, found on modern pop tracks and radio broadcasts.
LR1 has window/video/network contact with the Control Room and is tie-lined for maximum communication.
It is fully equipped with a range of mics, headsphones, amps, guitars, “house” Gretsch drum kit and custom-built screen (see full Equipment List).
LR1 is fully air conditioned.
Not only is it stunning from the inside, LR1 also has fantastic views of the countryside (through quadruple glazing!).
